Here's a contribution to the children-and-technology debate: Steve Jobs didn't let his kids use iPads
Other high-tech executives are quoted in the article as having strict screen-time rules, and in particular "There are no screens in the bedroom. Period. Ever"
This could be used as an example of maybe some of the reasons against technology and for young people not to abide technology.

I also think this quote is amazing and shows how
Young people's hobbies and interests have developed. As well as showing the oposite of Steve jobs who restricted technology, this man is saying he won't limit technology. If you forbid something it only makes them want it more becuae they know they cant have it. Any way here is the quote from the article that I like best:
“Just as I wouldn’t dream of limiting how much time a kid can spend with her paintbrushes, or playing her piano, or writing, I think it’s absurd to limit her time spent creating computer art, editing video, or computer programming,” he said.
